Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although strangely converted and somewhat noisy due to traffic lights outside, were comfortable. The highlight was the friendly breakfast lady. However, the hotel overall needs a makeover, and the noise at night was disturbing. I believe there are better options out there for the price paid.
The hotel was a delightful hidden gem, with rooms in an annexe away from the pub that perfectly captured the olde world charm. The service was warm and welcoming from the reception to the breakfast fairyies. The location was excellent, well away from the function area and with a cozy pub in the lobby. The dining experience was wonderful, with freshly cooked meals that offered a great start to the day.
The hotel had stunning rooms overlooking a noisy road where people gathered below, but overall, it was quiet. The service was excellent, with helpful staff and freshly cooked breakfast. The location was perfect for the event nearby, though it felt a bit vulnerable at night. The dining was outstanding, but some dishes were swimming in grease.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms, but the noise from the bar below could be bothersome. The service was excellent, making my experience more enjoyable, especially with their assistance in carrying my luggage. The central location was convenient for my needs, but noise from the bar could be a concern. The dining experience was top-notch, with delicious meals, but the karaoke noise was quite loud at night.
